Shipping policy

Each piece is made to order, so there are two clocks running on your parcel: production first, then transit. The estimates below cover both.

Production

Most items are printed, packed, and handed to the carrier within 2 to 7 business days. Embroidered pieces, all-over prints, and blankets can run a couple of days longer because of how they're made.

Transit

United States: usually 3 to 5 business days once the order ships.
Canada: usually 5 to 10 business days.
Everywhere else: usually 10 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and how long customs takes.

These are estimates from our production partners, not guarantees. Holidays, weather, and customs all move the numbers around.

Where we ship

Worldwide, apart from a handful of destinations our carriers won't serve. If checkout won't accept your address, email us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.

Duties and import taxes

Orders going outside the United States may pick up import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees charged by your own country. Those aren't collected at checkout and they aren't ours to waive. They're the buyer's responsibility, and refusing a parcel to avoid them counts as a returned shipment under our refund policy.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Orders with several items are sometimes produced in different facilities, so they can arrive in separate parcels on different days. Nothing has gone wrong if that happens.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. An address we can't deliver to is the single most common reason an order goes sideways, and we can only correct it before production starts.
