Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the Giveth & Taketh online store and anything you buy from it. By placing an order you're agreeing to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

Giveth & Taketh is a faith-based apparel brand operating from Orangevale, California, United States. You can reach us at givethtakethdirect@gmail.com.

Using the store

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. Don't use the site to break any law, and don't try to interfere with it, scrape it, or introduce anything malicious.

Products, colour, and sizing

Every piece is printed to order. Screens vary, and printed colour can sit slightly differently from what you see on your monitor. Garment measurements come from our production partners and can vary by roughly half an inch. Neither counts as a defect.

We may change or discontinue any product at any time. Limited drops are limited on purpose. When a run is gone, it's gone.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We can change prices at any time before you order, and we may correct pricing errors even after an order is placed. If we do, we'll contact you first and give you the choice to confirm or cancel.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.

Orders we can decline

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent, orders that break these terms, or orders we simply can't fulfil. If we cancel after payment, you get a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Delivery estimates and return conditions live in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Our designs

The artwork, logos, product photography, and written content on this site belong to Giveth & Taketh. Buying a garment gives you the garment. It doesn't give you the right to reproduce, resell, or print the design.

Scripture

Scripture quoted on our products and this site is used as an expression of faith. Nothing here is offered as religious counsel.

Liability

We stand behind our products, and our refund policy is the practical expression of that. Beyond what that policy covers, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that can't legally be limited.
